INSTALLATION

Our Technical Services Group offer clients the option of installing their equipment themselves or have our team of experienced engineers and technicians carry out the works and commission it to their satisfaction.

Remember our warranty extends to our installation services, so if the equipment does not function as designed we will replace it, if it is deemed to be an instrument failure or an installation error.

BORE INVESTIGATION TOOL

Geotechnical Systems have recently completed a Mobile Borehole Investigation Tool for services to the mining and geotech industries.

This investigation probe is mounted in a four wheel drive vehicle and is capable of:

1. Inspecting Boreholes 100mm to 5mm diameter. Up to 1000m depth.
2. Mine Openings up to 30m wide at depth up to 1000m.
3. Underwater Boreholes/Mine Openings to 500m.
4. Mine rescue tool with the following features:
   • Two way microphone
   • Oxygen monitor
   • Temperature monitor
   • Wind direction and speed
   • 10 x zoom on vertical and radial viewing
   • Auxiliary spot lights for distance
   • Electrical compass.

This equipment is available for hire on a daily basis which includes two operations and recording facilities.
