Monitors the lateral displacement of embankments and structures. A probe is passed along the length of a grooved tube, which is placed in the borehole or attached to the structure. The system uses servo accelerometers to provide precise data on the magnitude and location of lateral earth movements. Readings can be manually recorded from the display or automatically stored for data processing. Accuracy +/- 2mm per 25m of casing.
A 12-volt electric winch with 200m cable capacity. The winch features speed control, direction control, precision signal slip rings and a protective steel transport case. Designed to operate with the model 7020 automatic stopping device.
The model 7020 is designed to stop the inclinometer winch every 0.5m
so that a manual reading or a logging system record can be made. Simple
to use, the unit features a hand switch that starts the winch to proceed
to the next reading point. Fits on top of the model 7030 tripod mounting
system.
For increased accuracy and repeatability fit the 7030 galvanised steel frame tripod on top of inclinometer casings. The tripod is the mounting unit for the model 7020 automatic stopping device. 7040
